Glenn Anderson is Founder, Event Director and Co-Chair of NEAD UK, bringing experience in event delivery, partnership engagement and community collaboration. Glenn has played a key role in the growth of Pride in Whitehaven, helping to expand its reach and profile year on year.
His approach centres on creating welcoming, high-quality events that celebrate authenticity, support local talent and strengthen connections across the town and wider region.
Rocco Boyd serves as Co-Chair of NEAD UK. Through his leadership within Northern Equality and Diversity CIC, Rocco is committed to delivering inclusive, community-led events that promote equality, diversity and inclusion across Cumbria.
His focus is on creating safe, visible spaces where communities can come together, while also ensuring strong governance, partnership working and positive economic impact for the North.
